IPOCC - digit is not recognized in IVR

Hi,
I am having issue on the IPOCC task flow / ivr script. I created ivr script and enabled it without any error, there is an IVR assigned and tag list. this ivr script is to press digit 1 to leave voicemail message but when i put the ivr script i created in the task flow, it wasnt working. when i press digit 1 nothing happens and i dont even heard the announcement i put in the IVR script. did anybody encountered this issue? thank you.
