IPOCC Dialer, can I create a specify Qualification code ?

Hi all,

is it possible in IPOCC Dialer, to create personalized qualification codes (for example, after each call, the agent can marke it as sales completed, not interessted, Don't have enough money ....etc) ?

Or RPC Qualifications and in the Note field you tell agents to put "sales complete", "not interested"

yes correct, in the RPC I can add more qualifications, by using task tag..I guess
