IPOCC: Choice to return to main menu in Call Flow not working (call got disconnected)

Dear all

I create one Call Flow with DTMF menu in IPOCC and it works fine except one choice thah I put to return menu if caller dial 4
The call goes disconnected,
I link this choice in Call Flow to the main topic that relate to the main menu...

please any idea...thanks

I have issue with one DTMF choisi (exit connector) says that to returm menu type 4, but once the user type 4 the call disconnect...
