IPOCC Chat

Greetings, does anyone use the IPOCC Chat? We have it running but it has stopped working with errors saying: The chat application has requested to be shut down due to a fatal Error. Is there a way to reboot just chat services without the whole IPOCC?

If you identify which service is the issue you can restart just that.

Where do you get that error message?

You can just restart the "IPOCC Chat taskserver and TOMCATWWW" from services if you don't want to restart the whole ipocc
