I need to configure Call-Back with dialer in IPOCC, I already uses the Samples of Avaya Folder regarding IVR and Call-Flow of CallBack...my question is how to link the Agent Group dedicated for call back in the call-flow...?
May I need to add this Agent-Group in the Call-Flow ? or assign it somewhere in the IPOCC configuration ?
