Hi all
we have configured Call-Flow with Dialer for call back, when customers calls on non-business hours they got message saying that please type your phone number and we will call you later.
This is working fine, we can see the numbers stored in ''all job'' list of IPOCC, but no callback dial was initiated to call this numbers...
any idea ?
