IPOCC bulk email delete 1

Hi.
Looking for way to bulk delete unopened (in queue) emails.
Unfortunately customer got over 30K+ unopened emails at inbox that is added to CC. Thus all 30K+ emails are retrieved by IPOCC and waiting to be activated/opened. Since those emails are obsolete we need somehow to delete them but due to quantity it is not option to do this one by one. So looking for bulk email delete option.
Any idea?

From the E-mail Configurations Documents tab you can search and delete e-mails, doubt you can do 30K at the time but you might be able to do a couple hundreds at least.

Otherwise Avaya need to go in and delete the mails from the database.
Deleting the Topic might work if that's an option.

tnx for replay/hint.
Delete is not possible since Search returns error (An error occurred in communication with the C3000 Server: 199999 Unknown Error).
Deleting the Topic is not possible until in it are unopened emails.
Thus seems that only possible way is delete from the database.
Waiting from Avaya Support for instructions. This status makes me uncomfortable :)

Do you get an error even if you search for only 20 e-mails?
In that case you got other issues as well.

I retried method: "From the E-mail Configurations Documents tab you can search and delete e-mails".
