Hi All,

We have a IPOCC v10 with BASE 500V2 license integrated with IP500 V2 Preferred Edition. We are now planning to migrate 500V2 as expansion module to a Server Edition system and reconfigure IPOCC to IPOSE. As far I know with IPOSE we need to have "IP OFFICE R10 IP OFFICE CONTACT CENTER BASE SERVER EDITION LIC:DS" license.

So as we have "IP OFFICE R10 IP OFFICE CONTACT CENTER BASE IP500 V2 LIC:DS" license currently with system do we need to buy IPOCC SE license or "IP OFFICE R10 IP OFFICE CONTACT CENTER BASE IP500 V2 TO SE LIC:DS" license.

Does that license even cost anything?

The only difference is how many agents you can have and max number of ports.

The base license works, it only limits total number of agents and channels.
