Guys,

Does Avaya IPOCC will not send any Customize configured reports via email if there are no calls handled by that Topic?

As I can see I have configured 6 daily reports for 2 topics but I may receive only 3-4 reports only via email.

Please help.
 
Might be that it doesn't feel the need for sending out empty reports.

What does the Statistics Scheduler log say?

from TTrace Console i can see Statistics Scheduler Window but don't see any log there , kindly help .
 
It only has error logging as default, you probably need to enable the ones that end with _DBG to see what's happening when it runs the reports.

I Still receive only 2-3 reports daily where as I configured 6.
