Hy guys and gals,

I have a test environment IPO Server 9.1 and IPOCC 9.1 and I have started to play with it and try to understand how it works..

Ok so while doing that I was thinking about this scenario : a customer accesses the company's website where he can complete a form to be Called back by an agent... So he clicks a buton, a form pops up and prompts him to enter his name/ contact nr/ details etc.. after he Submits it the info is then stored in a database.

My guess is that I can create a Database with customers who would like to be called back, and then create a campaing to run on those specific customers only .. this campaign needs to run daily..

[li]Any ideeas on how to integrate the WebForm with the Database? - I have 0 experience with websites/php etc..[/li]
[li]Is the daily campaign a good aproapch or do you have other recommendations ?[/li]

Lookig forward for your answers, opinions :)

Have a good day/ night!

Ok so I have talked with Avaya and explained them I want to create a campaign, and use a Job Record that will be changed from now and then. I asked about how to import the job record automatically without having to manually import it every hour or so and they said that the system is not suporting such feature.. not even in Aura Contact Center.. so that's that.

That being said I thought of something else; when the client inputs his info and submits it, an email can be send to a Topic and picked by an Agent .. and then the Agent can check the problem and call the customer..

Don't know why Avaya said it can't be done, at least they would point to Avaya RICS that would bill you a large amount to get it done.

Web Callback can be done, there's even a simple example of it on the installation ISO.

Thank you for the reply! :)

Where exactly can I find that example ?

Did you even look on the installation ISO? The /Examples directory should dead giveaway =)
The callback example is under /Examples/CGI Example

I would probably do it diffrently but that's a good start.

Yeah, well I don't have an installation ISO ..
I just have 2 OVA files - IPOCC and IPO Server :)

Anyway, I'll try to find what you said :)

Thank you!
