I have entered all the data in the IPOCC. that part is all done, except for the link with the IPO.
I have entered all data in the web administration of the IPOCC, all Agents, Agent Groups, topic and so on are OK

I re-created the excell sheet with the same input to have the configuration.csv for the IPO, but every time i try to import this file, the manager crashed.
All stations, groups are configured on the IPO, the stuff missing is the link with the IPOCC, the shortcode?

Anyone who can help me out on this point?

Thanks

Steve

You only need to create a SIP user and extension with the same extension number and password that you've entered in the IPOCC Wizard.
The users right for this should be set to application.

The you'll create a shortcode that routes to your Topic Access codes, you have a shortcode example on page 244 in the installation guide.

It's supposed to add everything automatically if you have IPOsync enabled, but I always disable this since I'm paranoid on IPOCC adding stuff in my PBX.

Janni78 thanks so much for the help. extension is registered :)
Now I can try to get the tasks online, is there an easy way to copy the flows?

Login Code should be set to same as password

Links are up :) thanks
Last question: with 5 topics i have some sort of default telephony flow. Is it possible to copy this to the other 40 topics? Or do I have to create them one by one?
Thanks

You can Export/Import a flow, the you'll need to change the topic names and others that should be different.

Hi Janni, I have tried the export/import but i can't connect the first box with the rest of the flow. I have changed every setting for the topic. I make the conenction - save - and connection is gone again. :( really not getting along with IPOCC

After you change the Topic the outgoing connector should be grayed out, you'll need to close the flow and open it again before you can connect it.
