IPOCC alarms - e-mail

Customer running 10.1.2.2.1.

We have a customer that is looking into DR. They would like to receive an e-mail alert from the IPOCC when there is an issue stating what the alarm is.

Does anyone know if this is possible and if so where to set this up?

Usually this is done by a monitoring application.

If there's an issue with IPOCC the changes are that it can't send an e-mail.
