Hello ...

On the IPOCC the Agents only need to login their Client on the PC correct? No login required at the [physical telephone set?

If they are using the base extension (and not hot desking all over the place) they should be OK if their Agent details are set up with that extension number, and that extension is listed under telephones in the IPOCC config
