IPOCC Agent cannot change their status or sign to Groups ??

Hi,

The IPOCC UI Agent is able to login, but we cannot see the icone showing the status of the agent (with color green, orange...etc)
Also, when I go to select Group Agent, I can see them but grayed, I cannot select any Group Agent...!!

Any idea ?

The issue is resolved, the telephone was not assigned to the agent, now it works
