I posted something yesterday for which Janni78 responded but cannot locate the thread so I am posting it again. I am installing a new IPO SE with IPOCC v10 and am trying to run a detailed abandoned call report which needs to include date/time, caller id, topic, call length, etc. Is there anyway to create a custom report in IPOCC that will include all of that information? Thanks again.

Hi again =)

You can only get this by pulling data from the TR database and creating your own report.
I think you'll be fine just using tr.levelonedata and sorting it by ta_connectionstate and looking for the value 'Abandoned%'

Thanks Janni78, I appreciate the quick response. Please forgive me, I am very new to the IPOCC. Took the class a few months ago and just starting my first install. Do you know of any documentation that would walk me through creating my own report? I've been searching online without much luck.

There isn't really any, it's a database that stores calldata that can be used but it's not described that well in the docs.

Can you tell me what program you use to pull/query the data and create the report? Maybe I could figure it out from there.

I've built my own interface for it but Crystal Reports or similar might do the trick.

Hy,

Regarding the reports I have a question so please correct me if I'm wrong: can we use other software that will just connect to the ipocc database, take data from there and do whatever we want with it ? :D

Thank you,
Vlad C.

You can connect to the IPOCC TR database to make custom reports.

This is not the same dat that IPOCC uses for reporting although it uses it for the Agent Status and Contact Detail views.

On the IPOCC postgres there are several databases, one of them is called TR and holds statistics data.
