Hi All,
I have a issue with IPOCC 10.1 I just installed. I have a issue with my announcement in my task flow, they will not play. None of the announcement will play. If a agent logs in they will get the calls, however if the agent is busy and another call comes it that call will disconnect without playing the agent busy message. if an agent is not logged it the call will disconnect without playing the out of office message.
I know it is the announcement because I created a new topic and task flow and send it directly to the announcement and the call disconnected it will not play.
