Hi,
I am trying to configure office 365 email account in IPOCC to route emails to a shared mailbox to the agents.
I have an office 365 account without mailbox provided by customer for SMTP and IMAP login purpose.
But i am seeing this error when i tried to send out email from IPOCC client:
O1523f 14:48:02.986 TC_Error 110.000.0031 [0000033C] Error at send SMTP message: [AUTH] SMTP protocol error (expected 2xx): 535 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful [*******.apcprd06.prod.outlook.com]
incoming emails are unable to receive in IPOCC inbox, but i am able to see the emails to the shared mailbox in OWA .
I also see this error in the IMAP trace:
O5910f 14:58:39.852 DEBUG_MSG Imap4Agent tries connection to server outlook.office365.comat port 993 for User tsystem1@domain.com
O5913f 14:58:39.905 DEBUG_MSG Imap4Agent - Capability-OK-Response-1: 2 OK [] CAPABILITY completed.
O5957f 14:58:41.305 TC_Error 048.000.0206 [00005380] Imap4Agent - Login-NO-Response-0: 3 NO [] LOGIN failed.
O5958f 14:58:41.306 DEBUG_MSG Imap4Agent is ready with connection to server outlook.office365.com for User tsystem1@domain.com
I have attached the email SMTP and IMAP configuration.
anyone has resolved the SMTP authentication before? Pls help me.
