ipo500v2 combo card too much disconnection issue release 8.1.81

hi all,

is anyone facing too many disconnection issue on ipo500v2 atmcombov2 cards?

i have many customers coming up with this issue... i have tried everything like impedance matching, changed cards changed, but im not able to get into the root where exactly the issue is... Service provider comes and checks the lines with analogue phones and they can talk using the analogue phones for hours without any disconnection.. but this issue in v2 cards im not able to get it...


can anyone tell me if this issue is know?

current all clients system release on the latest one 8.1.81

please advise.
