thread940-1757588
hey guys,
i started a thread about this a while back (may has been 180 days?) and thought i had this figured out? obviously not!! i have a couple of "VPN phones" set up and had working, but now they see this "system incompatibility" message....... again!!
all extensions/users are the 4621 SWIP phones that are in the office. i have several extra IP endpoints (as far as licenses go) so it cant be that? one of my guesses.... they did have these phones working on the old 406v2 R5.0.26. i upgraded them to the IPO 500v1 R9.0.4 when they opened another building across the street so we could network them. should i set that "SMBLIC = 1" (or whatever it is) in the appropriate file???? other than that, all is working good except for these dang VPN phones?!?!?!?!
im getting frustrated, the customer is getting frustrated..... i could really use some help here!!
thanks for looking and any suggestions would be great!!
