Hello, I have implemented a menu and queuing system in Voicemail Pro on our system. Is there a way I can see which options the callers are choosing from the menu?

I've had a look in the SMDR and VMPro help and haven't seen anything helpful.

Any tips?

Sure. dbgview.

CCR can do it too.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

This is true, using the Send reporting Information check box on the vmpro object.

When you have CCR then this is a nice option.
But when you don't then it is slightly expensive :)

The user can also see it in the phones display;

On the transfer > specific > Discription fill in a name you like and it will see it on the phone.

Thanks for the tips. We don't have CCR. Where can I download dbgview from?

I tried registering on Avaya, but I don't have a Sold to number.
