IPO500 V11, No Speech on PRI Urgent help as the system is for Covid Hospital

We have IPO500 V2R11 installed with 2 ISDN PRI linesAfter activating the PRI the incoming call / outgoing call signalling and receipt etc works fine, however the speech does not happen, there is complete silence on voice channels. The PRI line has been tested with PRI meter, hardware has been checked with alternative cards, IT is an emeregency as the system is for Covid Hpospital

What type of handsets are you using?

Also I'd recommend contacting a local Avaya Partner if it's urgent and a hospital.

Maybe your VCM is bad. Try to switch the vcm card or your PRI card.
 
Why is a phone system being installed without business partner support?

What type of phones are you using? Post a config.
