We have IPO500 V2R11 installed with 2 ISDN PRI linesAfter activating the PRI the incoming call / outgoing call signalling and receipt etc works fine, however the speech does not happen, there is complete silence on voice channels. The PRI line has been tested with PRI meter, hardware has been checked with alternative cards, IT is an emeregency as the system is for Covid Hpospital
