IPO500 IP Phone 1608 LCD display did not clear after release the call

Dear expert,
One of the customer had the following problem:
IPO500 IP Phone 1608 LCD display did not clear after release the external calls (from H232 trunk) intermediately for 10 seconds to couple minutes.
Although the display did not clear up but it could work normally.
IPO 500V release 9.0.8.0.
Any ideas to causes this problem?

check this config on IPO 500 v2.
it might help.
navigate to System >> Telephony tab >> Tones & Music subtab .
check the Busy Tone Detection check box and choose system frequency.
save config. reboot.
if already checked, disable it. or choose single frequency.
try both. and reboot.
