IPO500 Downgrade 6.0 to 4.0 - License not aquired/ Services Supended 1

Hello,

A few months acquired a IPO500 with multiple licenses, and do not get software license for this equipment.

Incidentally, the system update to version 6.0 and after that all telephone services were suspended until it is inserted into a corresponding software license.

We can not even get this license, and have the system working again.

Questions:

Performing a software downgrade the default version (4.0 I believe), the system will function normally?

I need to reset the machine and insert the software again, or can only perform the downgrade?

This product is out of "order service" provided by local distributor.

We are doing the purchase of the license, but here, this is a bit time consuming.

I have to make a presentation next week, and we will have this equipment available.


What we really need to know and if I have the licenses viculadas this SN, will work in the Default version of the system.

If I have to be reset to 10, 20, 30 or 40 seconds, you have to go with the upgrade procedures through the serial port ...

The paths are many, just below where I have doubts because I have the time and short.

Just downgrade the software to the latest R5 software. R5 is the last version you could downlaod for free. No need to reset the IPO, just downgrade it.

Anderson, your BP should have said that you cn use the R7 license.
It does not matter if you load 6.0, 6.1 or 7.0 with that license.
It just gives you the right to upgrade to one of those versions.
