Hello,
A few months acquired a IPO500 with multiple licenses, and do not get software license for this equipment.
Incidentally, the system update to version 6.0 and after that all telephone services were suspended until it is inserted into a corresponding software license.
We can not even get this license, and have the system working again.
Questions:
Performing a software downgrade the default version (4.0 I believe), the system will function normally?
I need to reset the machine and insert the software again, or can only perform the downgrade?
