Greetings,

Need a little bit of help with ARS.

I want to be able to distinguish between 0 and 00. Basically local numbers start with 0, and international with 00, and I want to route them to different line groups.
Amongst others I tried 0N and 00N, but the 0N superseded the 00N

Thanks

i imagine that 00N would just match 0N

can you not use a prefix for intl calls?

Never argue with an idiot. bystanders won't be able to tell the difference.

In ARS set the dial delay time to 4 and put a semicolon after the shortcode:
0N;,.,Dial,LineID = 0
00N;,.,Dial,LineID = 1

01N
02N
03N
04N
05N
06N
07N
08N
09N
= Local

00N = International

You don't need two different ARS tables you just need different short codes in the same ARS table.

0N
N
50:Main

Then make your routing changes in the ARS table itself.
0N; Dial 0N Line 1 (anything that starts with 0)
N; Dial N Line 2 (anything else)
