We have a IPO running and system alerts is fine. System alerts via email we get. When I go into Control Panel and do a check of the VM Pro SMTP settings, it passes.
We recently rebooted the VM Pro computer and for whatever reason, voicemail -to-email notification ceased working. However all services appear running, and when I go into Control Panel, the SMTP test checks out.
Where next should I check.
