I am interested if we can somehow fix on IPO One-X client voice volume on receiving party. What every I do from my phone, it is always low and people can barely hear what I am saying.
Configuration looks like this:
One-X client on iPhone --> Avaya SBC as VM --> IPO500v2 --> ISDN
However, One-X client on iPhone --> Avaya SBC as VM --> IPO500v2 --> another extension on this IPO
works just fine.
So issue is somewhere in conversion from IP to ISDN.
Any suggestions?
