IPO V1 voicemail no tones

I know this is a legacy system and is finally approved for replacement.

IPO V1 5.0 / VM Pro 5 (30)

After a power supply failure and connectivity issues to the VM pro server. It appears to be stable for the moment.

The remaining issue...Some users-
They can push the voicemail button, voicemail answers and will play their messages. If they press prompts to delete, repeat, ect. No tones are transmitted.
The voicemail will continue to play their messages.

This appears to be an issue mainly with 5420s and affects 20% of the total phones. The rest appear to access, tones transmit properly to the voicemail.

 
that sounds like a phone system issue not a vmpro issue.
try restarting the IP Office again.

You can also try and log in with a different user into the same phone and see if the problem is following the phone or the user.

I have rebooted the phone system. It is affecting users that do and do not have hot desking enabled.
I am going to check another user that has a 1416 and see if it is affecting them as well.
