IPO Upgrade V1 to V2 and 6.0(8) to 8.0

I am being presented with the oppurtunity to upgrade a site and add ACD with Contact Center Reporting
Following is equipment list;

I have been trying to nail down documents to devise a "roadmap"for success
Any tips would be appreciated

Did you buy those licenses already?
If not i would ditch CCR (229442 and 217651) and go for Xima Chronicall.
Xima is way better then CCR and uses less recourses.

Upgrading is not that hard.
Just open then the config offline and send it to the IP500v2.

I would have to advise against CCR as well, XIMA's platform is world's beyond it.

You could also cancel the user/admin DVD and download a FREE and more current installer from avaya.com/support that will come with fewer bugs.

The most important thing would be to coordinate timing on the dongle swap if you are transferring any licenses from the smart card to SD card. Bringing a configuration from R7 to R8 is painless
