IPO upgrade from 3.069 to 3.2057 1

Does anyone know of step by step directions to doing the IPO upgrade from 3.0 to 3.2?
Also some basic questions:
1. Do you have to do an interum upgrade to 3.1?
2. Once on 3.2057 are there any caveats on upgrading SW/fm to 5410's and 5610's.(IP and digital phones).
3. DOes VM pro need to be upgraded also. If yes where is VM pro upgrade downloadable from and what version is appropriate.


Thanks for everyones help as usual. I plan on being IPO smart enough someday to help others!
