IPO to Definity

I have a IP trunk H323 between an IP Office 2.1(24) and a Definity G3si R011i.02.0.110.4
Calls from the IPOffice to the Definity will not follow any coverage. Ring then drop.
Answered calls are stable.
The trace shows the Definity sending a message when the calls cover(redirect), The IPO treats this as a disconnect message and complies, sample:

We had some problems and used this.

I believe the COE definity support team has seen this before and I need you to confirm the software levels of the medpro on the definity.
They should be.....

Medpro should be locked at 100mb full duplex, auto sensing off. Hardware 11 or greater, should be firmware 95. If its Hardware 3 it should be firmware 93. CLAN at firmware 12 locked at 100mb full duplex.

Can you confirm the above settings on the definity and for the IPO.......
IPO on software 2.1 and above:
Definity using Definity Shuffling on IP Trunk -> should work with IPO
Definity using Std H.323 - need to add No User Short Code of [PATCHES10] to IPO

I am having similar problems on my implementation. I have an IPO 403 2.1.27 to a Definity Prologix at CM1.1. The two are connected via a fiber line with a fiber to ethernet converter on both ends then into their data network. now, we aren't going through routers, just into switches. All calls route over the fiber from the IPO and out the definity's PRI's. As do incoming DID's. What is happening is while on the call the IPO side periodically just lose the call and hear a busy signal? We haven't implemented QOS, which I believe is the problem, but do you have any ideas?

Finally got this one fixed. Do you have PATCH=10 in the NoUser source codes? This fixed the issue.

Make sure enable faststart is ticked as well.
