IPO to Definity desk to desk dialing

I have 5 sites uk wide, 3 are definity and 2 are IPO I am trying to achive desk to desk dialing across all 5 sites. The definity sites are no problem (using UDP and ARS) but I am a bit stuck on the IPO ! Are there short codes (not speed dials) I can use? Can I use wildcards?

I would be grateful for any help !!!
