We have a customer with IP Office R.11.1.3.1 supporting SIP trunks networked with a CM over QSIG H.323 trunk.
When a phone on the CM is forwarded to an external number, an internal call from CM forward good, calls from IP Office to the phone on CM forward good, external, inbound calls are not forwarding, but are getting dumped into voicemail.
So, the call hits SIP trunks on IPO, to H.323 to CM, and back to IPO and out the SIP trunks.
I messed with the forwarding/twinning settings on the URI, but this didn't help.
