I have installed a couple of Argent branch systems in the past which had ISDN30 trunks. So to configure remote voicemail was easy. I just set one of the DDI numbers to route straight through to voicemail. But using Analogue lines, is there any way (maybe using DTMF) to remotely pickup voicemail?

Any help much appreciated.

Cheers

assuming you do not want a seperate analog line dedicated for Voicemail access & you do not Have VM pro I cantot think of a way to achieve this

We did it with CLI routing.

W picked the last number in the analogue line hunt group and routed by the customers cell phone Caller ID when he calls in on this number it is routed to his mailbox.

Because we us the CLI routing it has no effect on other callers

[cheers]

Opps I forgot that one (& I am using it on my SOE ISDN trunt to pick up my own VM because I dont have DDI either! 1 wally point to IPGuru)
