IPO Small Office Edition Force Reboot

I have a IPO SOE and was upgrading it and lost power, now it is in a loop rebooting over and over. I have hooked up to the DTE port and it fails at this point. Please help. Thanks

I was able to stop the boot by pressing Esc, when try using AT I get nothing
