Hi All, I have a Harris Caller ID test unit connected to an analog port.
The problem is, the test unit is dialing out 7 digits. The first 3 digits is
always 000 and then the extension. Is there a way to delete the first 3 digits 000
and to just dial the last 4 digits in a short code?

User shortcode
SC = 000XXX
TN = N
Action = Dial Extension
Line ID = 0

I did try this and still get the same thing. I put short code in the extension.

Code 000XXX
Telephone N
Feature Dial exn
Line Group 0

Hi Intrigant, I did get this to work. Thank you

I had to add another X to code. 000XXXX

Ill give him a star for not only realizing he needed to modify it a bit but also posting the resolution.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Hi All, I have another question. I would like to have this Harris caller Id
test to call back across a pri. The access number to the pri is 268. It does
send all digits, but it needs a 1 or 2 second delay between 268 and XXXX.

I tried to set this up several different ways but never works.

Code 000XXX
Telephone [268]0N;
Feature Dial extn
Line Group 0

Hi intrigant, I did try 3 commas, but still the same result.

I have this set up on the user short code.
Code 000XXX
Telephone 268,,,N
Feature Dial extn <-----also changed this to Dial
Line Group 0

Could the short code be interfereing with dialing
Code 268N
Telephone N
Feature Dial
Line Group 9

I did try this, but still doesn't work. When I manually dial the digits, it works.
When the digits are dial automaticly or last number redialed, the call won't go through.
I have a digit grabber verifying the digits sent.
