Hi,

We have a issue with a ipo and vmrpo.
Sometimes the caller stay bloked in the menu .
Apparently DTMF is not detected.
There is a siptrunk on the ipo, how can i check if DTMF is received from the ipo and send to vmpro ?

We use RFC 2833.
Is this the line showing that dtmf is received ?
Code:

thx

quick test
phone yourself from an outside line
press a dtmf key & listen
you should get a nice clean system generated tone, if not then perhaps your sip provider does not support rf2833 & your dtmf is getting corrupted

also try restricting the system to a G711 codec

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Hi IPguru,

We have made many test and 10 call where ok, and 1 failed ...
G711 is already forced

You will be able to see the DTMF in vm debug. I just had to do this recently the test call was to 222: I think I had level 9 high trace on the vmpro service. You can also set a vmpro callflow to read you back digits you dial.
