IPO Server Upgrade 11.0.4.6 to 11.1 sp2 fails

Hello

I am trying to upgrade the server to 11.1 with verbatium 256 usb but getting a weird error below

anyone else see this?

And note that the Avaya USB tool has a limit of 64GB, need to use different tool if using larger USB devices.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
