IPO server edition web manager says nodes are off line but in Manager they are online

Hello,

I have a IPO server edition 11.0.4.1.0 build 11 with a primary and 3 nodes. In manager it shows everything online but when logging into web management on the primary it shows 2 nodes off line even though in Manager they are online. Has anyone ran into this?

Hello,

• Is the password of the Administrator account for the primary the same as the Administrator account password for the expansions? The Administrator account is in the Administrator rights group?
• Is there a firewall involved between the nodes? If so, are ports 8443 and 9080 (TCP) allowed in both directions?

Hi,

This issue is not uncommon and could be due to several factors:

• Synchronization Delay. Sometimes, the Web Management interface doesn't update in real-time, leading to a mismatch between what manager display. Try refreshing the Web Management page or logging out and back in to see if it resolves the issue.
• Service Status. Check if all relevant services on the primary server and nodes are running correctly. Sometimes, a service restart can help sync the status.
• Network Connectivity. Even if manager shows the nodes as online, there could be a temporary network issue affecting the Web Management interface's ability to communicate with the nodes. Confirm that there’s stable connectivity between the primary and the nodes.
