Hi Guys,

We have IPO Server Edition R.11 with 1 main server, 1 secondary, and 2 IPO V2 Gateway - Number 1, 2,
PRI trunks with outgoing ID: 10, are used for All users on the system (Analog, Digital, IP)
I am replanning routing between units and following the following scenario done by @TouchToneTommy:

the difference is that the examples above are created and assume way dialing and using system shortcode on each unit.
I have different user rights for users, Local, Local 5Min, National, Mobile 15 Min, ... etc
I created all routes I have but I feel there is something missing or wrong I forget to do, I will share one of the ARS I created and need to correct me if there a wrong on my configuration to correct it.

1. On Solution - User Rights.
9N N Dial 52 ( 52 ARS Created in Primary Server for Local 5 Min to Expanison 1)
2. on ARS - Primary Server
N; 9Nt(5) Dial 99001 ( Line ID to Exapansion 1)
00N; Barred 99001
3. on ARS - Expansion 1 (Named Outgoing Calls)
N; N Dial3k1 10 (Line group ID of PRI)

For each User Right Created and ARS on Primary Server, Nothing changed on Expansion ARS, For example if I created User Rights for National Calls as follows:

1. On Solution - User Rights.
9N N Dial 53 ( 53 ARS Created in Primary Server for National to Expanison 1)
2. on ARS - Primary Server
N; 9Nt(5) Dial 99001 ( Line ID to Exapansion 1)
ON; 9N Dial 99001 ( Line ID to Exapansion 1)
00N; Barred 99001
Nothing Changed on Expansion ARS:

3. on ARS - Expansion 1 (Named Outgoing Calls)
N; N Dial3k1 10 (Line group ID of PRI)

Thanks.

@derfloh: hope there is no issues, just to check if my routing above is correct.

In 3. it must be 9N;/Dial3k1/N/10 because you dial 9N on the SCN Line 99001

I would do
9N/Dial/9N/ARS on primary (User/User rights/system short code)
9N;/Dial/9N/99001 in ARS
9N/Dial/9N/ARS on Expansion- System Short Code in Expansion
9N/Dial 3k1/N/10 in ARS on Expansion

You can add the t(n) if you need it some where.

IP Office remote service
IP Office certificate check
CLI based call blocking
SCN fallback over PSTN

@derfloh: thanks, it's working. but what's about Digital and Analog inside Expansion, when apply user rights to any extesion give me an incomatable.

Thanks

Hi ...

can I have an answer on this ?

Thanks

@derfloh: you mean that the same should be working on digital and analog.
