IPO Server Edition Manager problems

Hi All

Just of late I seem to get the following message when trying to log onto server editions
IP Office xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx not found.
Device might be offline or have version older than 3.2

I have seen a few threads on past posts, but they don't seem to get any resolve

Se's are on 11.0.4 B74 or 11.0.4.1 B11
Manger is 11.1.1.1.0 B18

Any ideas anyone ????
