IPO Server Edition Control Module Disconnecting on Save

IPO Server Edition 9.1.4
1 T1 (not PRI)- on Control Module 1
3 Control Modules - 750 Analog Stations
50 9608 IP Phones
DuVoice Voicemail System connected via SIP connection

When we save "any" change to Control Module 1 the module goes off line for a couple of minutes. All calls on the PRI drop.

Avaya Tier 4 has been working the issue for a couple of days.

Anyone else seen anything like this?

Today we did some testing and eliminated the issue being hardware related or the network.

Deployed a brand new Avaya switch and moved the system over to it.

We have an unused T1/PRI Card in Control Unit 2. We moved our carrier service over to it. It fixed the issue on Control Unit 1 but now Control Unit 2 crashed when you save to it.

We are going to add a CU4 with a T1/PRI Card tomorrow and move the T1 to it with nothing else on the CU except the T1 to isolate the issue.

I take it from the lack of responses no one has seen this issue or anything similar?
