IPO Server Edition Call Forward J129

Hello All,

We have a ipo server edition rel 11 with secondary server and 2 500v2 expansions. Mixture of analog, 9508 and j129/179.

We are having a problem using call forward on the j129. They don't have a display obviously and when i enter the call forward on short code, i hear the double beep. My question is can we set the forward number from the phone ?

I dont see the set forward number in the short codes which is usually *07* and i do not see the option when creating codes in the drop down menu

Update:1 I can manually enter the forward number in manager. When i got to the j129, the unconditional on and unconditional off short code work. Just can't manually enter the forward number

Just looked at a SE, and I find the code has been created by default, and I am able to create a new one in both the short codes under the SE and in the common section. Not sure what's up with yours.

I also have a VM module for twinning, that could be adapter for forwarding. Dial the module, it tells you if your Twinning (forwarding) is On or Off and the Twinning (forwarding) number. Then give you the option to turn On, turn Off, or change the number. After you make a selection it circles back around and tells you the new status. Might be easier on your users.
