Hi team!
Can someone guide me about an integration between Avaya IPO 500v2 11.0 and CRM?. I have a lot of IPOs500 and they want to use CRM and Avaya to dial out to PSTN using desktop phones.
Most of information in web is confussing and used to old versions of IPO.

I need to know if we can integrate them just using IPO500v2 or we need to migrate to Server Edition.
What we need to this integration?
They designed their own CRM, and they access to this CRM using an URL in chrome.

Avaya Communicator for web or Tapi pro.
As it's web based probably use Avaya Communicator for Web.

Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

If your URI is configured to use internal data then the IP Office will look into the user's SIP tab and if you have *'s it will look into ICR.

A madman with a taste for speed.
