IPO selection is greyed out in manger software and shows offline in the webpage

When I use the Manager software the IPO shows up in the selection screen but is greyed out. I can log in through the webpage but that always seems to show as in offline mode and I can not figure out how to get it out of offline mode. I have tried older and newer versions of the Manager software. Any ideas how to what might be the issue or even how to get it out of offline mode?

When trying to select your control unit with manager, if it is greyed it, it usually means that your manager software is older then the software on the system. Just verify that your manager program is a higher release then what your system is running.

Sorry can't help you with the offline mode with the web manager because I never use web manager.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
