IPO SE VMPro backup not working

We have IPO-Primary and IPO-Secondary.

The connection from VMPro and IPO-Primary connection failure stating in System Status upon logging into VMPro client I saw in the upper right stating backup Voicemail and the shortcodes are not working. How can the shortcodes in Secondary?

I want to restart the VMPro services but upon logging in, I encounter request timeout and the Services is loading only. I also tried to restart the webcontrol service but still problem persist.

If the voicemail is in fallback to the secondary then you need to log into the vmpro on the secondary IP Adress.
