IPO SE add endpoints from webLM 1

Dear expert,

After adding 10 endpoints in IPO SE r11 ,we did not find the no. endpoint in license did not in reased. Am I missing some steps? Or where to check the adding 10 endpoints?

Did you get that message that it is successfully installed?
You should see the total number of endpoint in weblm page. If its not there, open your license xml file with a notepad and look for the total number over there and make sure its been added to the license xml file.

I got the message of successfully installed.
But the number of the total endpoint did not increase.

The no. of end point was increased after I create some user in manager.

Should I check the original xml file or I need to export it from the system?

Are you checking the total license from system status? System status would give you the number configured. WebLM page would give you the full amount.

Yes, You can check the original xml file for the total IP_EndPoint lics.
