IPO SE 11.1.1.5 - web manager just spins

IPO SE 11.1.1.1.5 running as a vmware virtual machine.

Came in this morning and tried to login to web manager (7070).

It takes the credentials. If I put in the wrong credentials it lets me know.

When I put in the right credentials it spins for a long time and then goes back top the login screen.

Web Control (7071) works fine.

Any ideas?

Either tomcat has messed up and needs a kick or there could be something wrong with the cache.

ssh or console onto the server.

service apache-tomcat stop (This will stop WebManager and WebControl)
cd /opt/WebManager/diskcache
rm * -f
service apache-tomcat start

Give it a few minutes to start up again and then try logging in again.
