I have a system that was upgraded from 9.1 to 11.0. 4 SP 1 a couple of months back and they were using One X and the Outlook plug-in/ call assistant.
They haven't tried to use it until today. I download the new 11.0 version from One x portal and installed it. No errors.
user can log into One X and also call assistant. But when the Outlook plugin tries to connect to port 9443, they are getting "HTTP Client Error: I have uninstall and re installed. rebooted PC. tried adding trusted cert but still same error.
I tried it here on my lab system just with an newer 11.0.4 SP 4 version and it works for me.
They are using outlook 2016 which looks supported so I am scratching my head.
