IPO remote workers stopped working - ASBCE ERR A1 no such interface 1

Hi,

A customer complained to us today that all of their remote workers stopped working.

I logged in to the SBCE after looking at the IPO and ran a diagnostic. On the SBCE Link Check A1 and B1 I get the messages Error: Err A1 no such interface, Error Err B1 no such interface.

Restart application doesn't fix it and neither does a full reboot.

The weird thing is you can ping from both of those interfaces!

Has anyone had this before?

Is it a Portwel box? If so, I had that once and returned it.
