I have an IP Office 500 V2 at 6.1.20. It has analog lines. One ext. is programmed with a button to forward out to a cell phone. When a call comes in, the receptionist answers the call, hits transfer, then sends the call to the forwarded extension. The system then puts the outside call on hold while it connects the receptionist to the cell phone. (So the forwarding is working), but as soon as she hangs up, the call to the cell phone is dropped and the original call just sits out there listening to calming music on hold. I have tried many scenario's, but nothing seems to work. If I try this using conference calling it will connect all three, but as soon as the reception hangs up, all calls are lost. I have spent months working on this with Jenne Techs, and sent them the config. Trunk to trunk is enabled, but it just won't marry the outside call to the cell phone. I have contacted the CO, but they say it's not on their end (of course). I beg to differ unless somebody can help me fix this. I have upgraded them as far as I can.
